Conference Registration Fee:   $225 (registered online by the end of business day on October 10, 2008)
Late Registration Fee:   $240 (registered online beginning October 11, 2008)
On-Site Registration Fee:   $255 (subject to space availability)


Conference Registration Fee Includes:
  • All Conference Material
  • Wednesday - Reception
  • Thursday - Continental breakfast, Lunch, Break and Dinner.
  • Friday - Breakfast.

Note: When you register, you will be given the option of paying using an E-Check, credit card, or **purchase order. If you are not prepared to pay when you register, you can log back into your account to pay by going to the account log-in page.
